It has been incredibly rewarding working with Alfred Health on this healthcare project, a brand new semi-permanent Emergency Short Stay Unit (ESSU) at Sandringham Hospital. The new ESSU will enable greater support for patients requiring a short admission, while freeing up space for the hospital’s growing general medical and surgical programs.
This meticulously finished, high-end medical facility is 205sqm and was built using SPACECUBE’s modular building system. 9 cubes and 2 single-storey Clearspan sections were configured onsite and customised with an immaculate medical grade interior fit out, another example of SPACECUBE’s modular hospital construction.
