01Flat Packed
All Spacecube components are pre-engineered and designed to be flat-packed for cost effective storage and transportation. This reduces logistics costs, and also carbon emissions.
02Modular Structure
The Spacecube system relies on no load bearings walls for its structural integrity. This results in a truly modular building system that has no predetermined front, back or side. This enables us to configure or adapt the system to any site condition or brief.
03Plug-In-Panels and Accessories
With a vast selection of different walling, cladding options and accessories we are able to create ‘bespoke’ solutions using off-the-shelf product. This significantly reduces build lead-times and unnecessary construction waste.
04Service Integration
Spacecubes come fitted with integrated stormwater drainage, sub floors, featured ceilings and low-voltage lighting. This allows us to quickly and easily create a functional, water-tight building without the need for external trades and services.
