LANDMARK by Lexus – What an incredible opportunity it has been to work with The Big Group and The Melbourne Builder on this extravagant Birdcage hospitality experience at the 2025 Melbourne Cup Carnival.
The largest of nine SPACECUBE modular structures at this year’s event – 1460sqm spread over three levels and built using the SPACECUBE Build System, with off the shelf products and a few custom elements introduced specifically for this project.
The impeccable fit out and detail is breath-taking, providing a completely tailored guest experience to suit the brand’s personality – well done The Big Group and The Melbourne Builder. The reusable SPACECUBE Build System, with reusable façade and pelmet have given this build an unbelievable sense of architectural permanency in a temporary application.
Built in just 5 weeks, it is a great example of the versatility and the premium feel of SPACECUBE’s modular system, that will be continued to be reused for years to come.
