SPACECUBE has had an independent board structure in place since 2019. A team of high calibre individuals with extensive knowledge and experience. SPACECUBE’s board of directors plays a critical role in providing the company’s strategic direction, ensuring accountability, and safeguarding the interests of the business and its stakeholders.
SPACECUBE’s board members ensure that the business operates ethically, transparently, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The board assesses and manages risks that the business might face and holds management accountable for their actions and decisions. They also monitor the financial health of the organisation.

Phillip Campbell
Independent Non-Executive Chairman
A graduate engineer, Phillip is an experienced independent non-executive director and chairman of private, public and not for profit organisations. His executive career of over 35 years included national and international roles transforming organisations across a diverse range of industries into highly effective and successful enterprises focused on enhancing shareholder value. He has lead a number of private company to public company transitions including by M&A and IPO. Phillip was the first external, independent director of Spacecube and has been instrumental in enabling the growth of Spacecube over the last 4 years.
Mark Davies
CEO & Managing Director
Mark Davies is an experienced and enthusiastic leader who has led Spacecube since 2018. With over 20 years’ experience in the sports, event & entertainment industry from AFL House to the Birdcage, Mark has an infectious energy that understands what good looks like. As a transformative leader Mark has consistently demonstrated the ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of innovation and Spacecube’s values of a team that continually demonstrates leadership, enterprise, reliability, and passion. Mark has steered the Spacecube team to hyper growth, market diversification and international expansion by changing the way the world builds with energy and vision.
Amy Lynch
Chief Financial Officer
Amy is responsible for overseeing financial operations, strategy, and risk. With a background in top ASX-listed companies and financial institutions, Amy is committed to driving shareholder value. Amy excels at developing teams, refining processes, and implementing growth strategies. Amy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and is a graduate and member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Amy’s passion and experience will be a large contributor to Spacecube’s success as she helps lead the company to new heights.
Richard Coon
Non-Executive Director
Richard is a Harvard MBA graduate and Chartered Accountant, also a highly successful entrepreneur known for
founding renowned Kiwi financial firms like Sovereign Insurance, Seniors Money, and Partners Life. With a
background in investment banking in London, he excels in raising capital, IPOs, and successful exits. As the
Chairman of Angel Investors Marlborough (AIM), he actively supports high-growth companies in Australia and
NZ, guiding them towards their goals. Both Richard and AIM were early stage investors in Spacecube.
Additionally, Richard serves on the boards of several early-stage companies in both countries, sharing his
expertise to fuel their growth and success.
Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz
Non-Executive Director
Susan brings significant experience in the built environment sector with a global career spanning over 30 years. Most recently Susan was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Mirvac Group for over a decade. Prior to this she was Managing Director at LaSalle Investment Management, and held senior executive positions at MGPA, Macquarie Group and Lendlease Corporation. Current external appointments as Director of Rio Tinto, Director of Macquarie Group, President of Chief Executive Women, Chair of Australian National Housing Supply & Affordability Council, Member of the Sydney Opera House Trust and member of INSEAD Global Board.
Jonathan Hannam
Non-Executive Director
Jonathan is a global citizen with extensive experience in real estate, venture capital, technology, and
infrastructure investments. Co-founder of Taronga Ventures, he bridges the gap between institutions and tech
companies targeting real estate and infrastructure. Focused on RealTech investments driving ESG impact,
including carbon reduction and renewable energy. Fluent in Mandarin and Swedish, he has worked across Asia
and Europe, holding executive roles at Mirvac, AREIM, and ADIA. Holds an MBA from the University of South
Australia, Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Melbourne and completed postgrad studies at Tsinghua
University. INSEAD AMP course alum. Committed to sustainable development.
Jeremy Fisher
Founder & Executive Director
Jeremy is a highly motivated entrepreneur passionate about innovation and disrupting the status quo. Prior to
Spacecube Jeremy played a key role in launching Inflate Australasia, working with renowned global brands
delivering high profile experiential marketing activations and hospitality experiences, across Australia and NZ.
During this time Jeremy identified a gap in the market for a more highly engineered and sustainable building
solution. Armed with industry experience and sound design and engineering acumen Jeremy successfully
developed and launched Spacecube. Once the product had good market traction and brand awareness, Jeremy
began building a team of talent around him to help accelerate the growth, and execute his vision for the
company. Now based in New Zealand, Jeremy focuses on new product development and expanding the
business into new verticals and territories.
Rowan Wilkie
Non-Executive Director
Rowan is a globally experienced executive with over 20 years of CFO, COO and CEO experience. He is currently
CFO at Nutromics, a medical technology company chaired by former Cochlear CEO Chris Roberts, with investors
including global medical device company Dexcom Inc and Artesian Ventures. Rowan was previously an
executive in the property services sector at Spotless, including managing the private equity buyout process
(PEP), supporting operational execution and turnaround initiatives under PEP ownership and leading the
management of its subsequent A$2B IPO exit. Prior to this, Rowan worked at Goldman Sachs and EY.
